- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add garlic powder and paprika for extra flavor if desired.
- Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Notes

- Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispy texture.
- For extra crunch, consider adding breadcrumbs or nutritional yeast to the seasonings.
- A squeeze of lemon juice can enhance flavor just before serving.
