- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and grill marks appear. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Finish with lemon juice.
- Place the grilled chicken bites in a serving dish and pour the creamy garlic sauce over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately for optimal flavor and texture.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet or oven. Keep the sauce separate or reheat gently on the stovetop.
