Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and rosemary, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and lemon juice, simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
