Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat for creaminess)
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granola or crushed cookies (for topping)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Optional: chia seeds or shredded coconut for added texture
Instructions
- Wash the fresh berries thoroughly and combine with honey or maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a splash of water.
- If you prefer a silky sauce, strain the berry mixture through a fine sieve to remove seeds; otherwise, leave it chunky.
- Mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Using silicone molds or small cups, layer the yogurt mixture, add berry sauce in the center, and top with granola or crushed cookies. Repeat layers if needed.
- Freeze the assembled yogurt bombs for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Gently unmold the frozen yogurt bombs, garnish with fresh berries, mint leaves, or shredded coconut before serving.
Notes
- Refrigerate leftover berry sauce separately for extended freshness.
- Wrap yogurt bombs in plastic wrap before storing in the freezer to prevent freezer burn.
- Consume within 2-3 weeks for optimal quality.
- Feel free to customize the berry sauce with other fruits such as mango or peach for variety.
