Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Form small balls of cookie dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each ball.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set. Allow cooling on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
