Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese until creamy, gradually adding sugar. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 60-70 minutes until edges are set.
- Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour, then spread starry glaze on top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
