Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Pour into the skillet and stir to combine, cooking until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Add cooked ramen noodles and sesame oil to the beef mixture, tossing to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
