- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Optional chili flakes for heat
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, and ginger. Marinate beef slices for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Serve beef over cooked jasmine rice.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes if desired.
