- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh rosemary, chopped
- Coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a sticky dough forms. Knead lightly until smooth.
- Spread dough on a greased baking sheet, pressing into a rectangle. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Using your fingers, dimple the dough and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic, rosemary, and sea salt on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add olives or cherry tomatoes on top before baking for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with butter or olive oil for dipping.
