Instructions
- Marinate the sliced chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for about 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat and sauté the green beans for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the marinated chicken, stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes until cooked through, then combine with the green beans.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot over rice, and enjoy your stir fry!
