Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and toss to coat evenly, simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sliced red chili, serve over rice or vegetables.
