Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Stir and cook for another 3-5 minutes until well combined and fragrant.
- Serve the seasoned beef over rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
