- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
- Stir in garam masala, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast spices.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve over rice or naan.

- Use chicken thighs for juicier, more tender meat.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- Serve with basmati rice or warm naan bread for a complete meal.
