Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating well until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, followed by pistachios and chocolate chips.
- Drop balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
