Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound crispy bacon
- 12 dill pickles (whole pickles or spears)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by gathering bacon, dill pickles, and cream cheese. Optionally mix fresh dill and garlic powder into the cream cheese for extra flavor.
- Spread a sufficient amount of cream cheese mixture over each dill pickle, then wrap a slice of bacon around the pickle, placing them seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon wrapped pickles until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, let drain on paper towels, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
- Turkey bacon can be used as a lighter alternative.
- Sweet pickles or pickle spears can be substituted if dill pickles are unavailable.
