Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or your choice of milk alternative)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, vanilla yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and soften the cream cheese in a separate bowl. Mix the cream cheese into the oats mixture until smooth.
- Cover the bowl or transfer mixture into individual jars. Refrigerate overnight for the oats to absorb flavors.
- When ready to enjoy, top with extra strawberries and a drizzle of honey. Serve and enjoy your strawberry cheesecake-inspired breakfast!
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Try adding crushed graham crackers, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for additional flavor!
- Feel free to use frozen strawberries; just thaw them before using.
- Substitute yogurt with dairy-free options or coconut cream for a different flavor.
- Add chia seeds for extra fiber, or opt for Greek yogurt to boost protein.
