- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups chocolate frosting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
- Add the eggs, whole milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Stir in the boiling water carefully.
- Pour the batter into two greased and floured cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, frost the top of one cake layer, place the second layer on top, and frost the entire cake. Decorate with edible glitter and themed toppers.
