Instructions
- Start by washing and slicing the ripe peaches into thin, even pieces. Set aside a few slices for garnish if desired.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined. Fold in the whipped heavy cream gently to keep the mixture light and fluffy.
- Layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups. Spoon a layer of the cream mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced peaches.
