Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all your ingredients.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in the egg and vanilla until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
