Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, mix together the melted butter and brown sugar until well combined, then add the dry mixture.
- Crack an egg into the mixture and add vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Form cookie dough balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
