Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar, mixing until smooth. Add vanilla extract and egg, stirring until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a teaspoon to drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
