Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop, measuring them accurately.
- Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until smooth.

- Pour the colored batter into separate cake pans and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooled, stack the layers with icing in between.
- Cover the entire cake with chocolate icing and decorate with fun designs and sprinkles.
