- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder, plus extra for dusting
- 1 cup brewed matcha tea
- 20–30 ladyfinger cookies
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix matcha powder with mascarpone cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Brew one cup of matcha green tea and let it cool.
- Dip ladyfingers into brewed matcha tea and layer in a serving dish; spread half of the matcha mascarpone mixture over them.
- Repeat dipping and layering with remaining ingredients and dust the top with matcha powder before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Store matcha tiramisu in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a richer flavor, consider adding flavored extracts or fruit purees between layers.
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate shavings for an indulgent touch.
