  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
  4. Chop the mini marshmallows and fold them (and chocolate chips if using) into the wet mixture.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, drop dollops of dough onto a parchment-lined baking tray.
