Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and spices, cook until fragrant.
- Add chickpeas and tomato paste, stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are tender and coated with flavor.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot.

- You can add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
