Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients needed for Mama Kelce’s cookie recipe.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet mixture until fully combined to form a soft dough. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop rounded balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space to spread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
