Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, then line the bottoms with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, food coloring, and vinegar until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until vibrant and smooth.

- Allow ganache to cool to a pourable consistency.
- Spread frosting between the cake layers, then cover the entire cake smoothly.
- Drizzle ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down sides. Decorate with glitter, sprinkles, or Harry Potter-themed toppers.
