Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam or boil broccoli until tender, then chop finely and drain excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into small, flat rounds and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
