- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of half a lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust lemon juice to taste for more citrus flavor.
- You can substitute green beans for asparagus if preferred.
