- 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Remove turkey giblets and pat dry. Rub olive oil all over the turkey skin.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; rub evenly over the turkey.
- Stuff the cavity with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
- Place turkey on a roasting pan, surround with vegetables, and roast for approximately 13 minutes per pound, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 20 minutes before carving. Serve hot with roasted vegetables.
