  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-sugar)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 18–20 evenly sized meatballs (~1.5 tbsp each).
  4. Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, spoon marinara sauce over each meatball, and return to oven for 8–10 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
