- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 cup cooked ham, sliced
- 6 strips bacon, crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh chives for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Wash and pierce potatoes, then bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
- Slice potatoes in half and scoop out most of the flesh into a bowl.
- Mix potato flesh with butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Spoon back into potato shells.
- Top with ham slices, bacon bits, and shredded cheese.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

- Use fully cooked ham for convenience.
- Adjust bacon crispness to taste.
