Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time; mix in butterscotch sauce and flour until combined.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter; press mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes; let cool, then pour the cheesecake filling on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the center is set. Cool the cheesecake bars in the oven for an hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight; cut into squares and serve with whipped cream and butterscotch sauce.
