  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons yeast

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Flour the work surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle butterscotch chips and cinnamon over the dough, then roll it tightly into a log.
  6. Cut the log into equal-sized rolls and place them into a greased baking dish.
  7. Allow the rolls to rise in a warm area for about 30 minutes.
