Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the butterscotch soda and butterscotch sauce, stirring continuously until well mixed and heated.
- Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the chilled cream and the cooled butterscotch mixture until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into glasses, top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel, and serve immediately.
Notes
