- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
- Butterscotch chips for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Let it cool.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butterscotch sauce with heavy cream. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and let cool. Fold in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the filling into whipped cream until fluffy. Pour into the cooled crust and top with more whipped cream and butterscotch chips.

- Cover leftovers tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Pairs wonderfully with a warm cup of butterbeer or vanilla ice cream.
- For added flavor, mix in a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg into the filling.
