- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.
- Add honey and black pepper to the chicken, stirring well to coat the pieces evenly.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, bring to a simmer, and add cheeses. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked macaroni with the sauce and chicken. Mix well and serve hot, garnished with extra pepper and herbs if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped green onions or parsley for extra flavor.
- You can substitute the chicken with turkey or tofu for dietary variations.
