- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds or nuts
- Optional: diced cucumbers or red onions
Instructions
- Whisk together honey, hot sauce, and olive oil in a small bowl to create the spicy-sweet sauce.
- Toss cooked chicken with the sauce until well coated.
- Arrange salad greens on a serving plate, top with the coated chicken, cherry tomatoes, and nuts.
- Garnish with additional nuts or fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
- You can prepare the chicken in advance and store in the fridge.
