- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by mixing chopped strawberries with a tablespoon of powdered sugar and letting them sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Create the cheesecake mixture by blending cream cheese, remaining powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth; fold in heavy cream.
- Assemble the treats by layering cheesecake and strawberry mixtures in ice cream molds, adding graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours until solid, then gently release from molds to serve.
Notes
- Store leftover treats in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, separated with parchment paper.
- For a dairy-free version, use a dairy-free cream cheese alternative and coconut cream.
