  • 1 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ½ cup of granulated sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup of granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. Cool the crust.
  3. Once the crust is cooled, mix in the butterscotch sauce, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt into the creamy mixture. Blend until combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the golden crust and spread evenly. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 55-60 minutes. Cool and refrigerate for at least four hours.
