- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes for topping
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract and stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the butterscotch chips until they melt and shine.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle sea salt flakes before cooling.
- Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
