Instructions
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
- Melt the butter and butterscotch syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, then let cool.
- Mix the cooled butter mixture with sugars, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
- Shape the dough into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool on a wire rack before icing.
