Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup crushed protein bars (such as Snickers high protein)
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (optional, for a chocolate flavor)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Whip together until smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder to the mixture. Mix well, then fold in the crushed protein bars and nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan, spreading it evenly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, top with melted chocolate, crushed protein bars, and nuts.
Notes
- Your high protein cheesecake can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- For longer storage, freeze the cheesecake for up to 3 months—wrap it tightly to prevent freezer burn.
- Serve with fresh fruits like strawberries or blueberries for added health benefits.
