- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking soda, and sea salt. Whisk thoroughly.
- Cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until a dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto the sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
