Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Return kielbasa to the pot and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute kielbasa with smoked sausage or chicken sausage for variation.
- Add a splash of hot sauce for extra heat.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
