  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch aluminum foil pan or baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat.

  5. Add potatoes, green beans, and peas. Mix well. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.

  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Let rest 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
