Instructions

- Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream. Mix until just combined.
- Gently fold sliced apples into the batter for even distribution.
- Pour batter into prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. Optional: sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
