Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast buns lightly and spoon the turkey mixture onto each bun.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add a splash of Worcestershire sauce for extra flavor.
