Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Add chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shredded chicken on tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
