Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth, then mix in honey, almond butter, and vanilla.
- Add oats, cinnamon, and optional toppings; stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared dish, pressing firmly to spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars and serving.
